1. Stage of Services & Beta Disclaimers

Obrix is an early-stage startup. Infrava (civil automation software) and Shramiksetu (workforce platform) are in active development. Features previewed on this website represent conceptual demonstrations, mathematical beta scaffolds, and early specifications. Beta accounts are granted on a waitlist basis.

2. Engineering & Contracting Consultations

Preliminary estimates, BOQ summaries, and BBS schedules generated on this website or in preliminary consultations are for exploratory scoping purposes. Formal civil contracting delivery, structural guarantees, and binding commercial obligations are executed strictly under definitive, signed legal contracts with Obrix Infra.

3. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, vector parsers, UI designs, codebases, and brand marks (OBRIX, INFRAVA, SHRAMIKSETU) are the exclusive intellectual property of Obrix Infrastructure & Technology. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or scrape our proprietary vector engines without written authorization.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all contracting activities shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra.
