This Privacy Policy governs our web platform (https://obrix.in), our civil engineering software (Infrava), our workforce network (Shramiksetu), and our contracting operations (Obrix Infra).

- Infrava Waitlist & Software Users: Name, professional work email, mobile number, company/firm name, engineering role, and project discipline.
- Shramiksetu Workers: Full name, WhatsApp/mobile number, primary trade (e.g. bar bender, mason, carpenter), years of site experience, expected daily wage rate, and preferred MMR work locations. (Phone numbers are strictly masked in public and preview directories to prevent spam and exploitation).
- Contractors & Estimators: Firm name, contact person, phone number, email, project site location, and crew trade breakdowns.
- Technical Telemetry & Consents: Anonymized IP hash (SHA-256 with cryptographic salt), user-agent string, language preference, and timestamped opt-in consent records.
3. Lawful Basis and Purpose of Processing
We process personal data solely on the basis of explicit, affirmative consent provided by you when submitting our forms. Data is used exclusively for:
- Onboarding engineering professionals to the Infrava CAD automation private beta.
- Connecting verified construction workers directly with active infrastructure sites in MMR.
- Providing civil contracting estimates, BOQ reconciliations, and pre-tender proposals.
- Fulfilling legal and audit obligations under Indian law.
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker personal information to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.
