1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Obrix, headquartered at Pinac Galaxy, Gala No. 1, Near Mahadev Hotel, Kapurbawdi Naka, Thane - 400608, Maharashtra, India. By accessing or submitting inquiries via our website obrix.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Three Operating Pillars
Our company operates across three complementary infrastructure pillars with distinct terms:
A. Infrava (Civil Engineering Software)
Infrava is currently in an active pilot and early-development stage. Applying for early access or using the web-based concept previews and ROI calculators does not guarantee commercial availability or immediate production access. Formulas, bar bending schedules, and quantity takeoff algorithms follow Indian Standards (IS 456, IS 2502, SP 34), but final engineering deliverables must be vetted by a certified structural engineer of record before construction.
B. Shramiksetu (Construction Workforce Network)
Registration for construction workers (masons, bar benders, carpenters, helpers) is strictly 100% free. Obrix does not charge workers any registration fee, commission, or job-placement cut. Contractors sourcing workforce through Shramiksetu agree to provide fair daily wages in accordance with Maharashtra State minimum wage guidelines and ensure safe working conditions on site.
C. Obrix Infra (Civil Contracting Delivery)
Online quotes, cost estimators, and takeoff summaries generated on this site are indicative preliminary estimates for scoping purposes only. Binding commitments, execution timelines, and commercial payment milestones are governed exclusively by definitive, signed civil engineering contracts executed offline with Obrix Infra.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary algorithms, CAD processing methods, user interface designs, logos (including the Obrix blue structural mark and Infrava ascending arrow mark), software source code, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Obrix. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, scraping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
4. User Submissions & Drawing Confidentiality
When you submit project drawings, tender specifications, or job applications (PDF, DWG, DXF, DOCX), you retain ownership of your intellectual property. You grant Obrix a limited, non-exclusive license solely to review the materials for preparing quotations, evaluations, or technical demonstrations. We maintain strict confidentiality of all client structural files.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The website and its preliminary estimation tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Obrix disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Obrix, its founders, or directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access or inability to access the site or preliminary tools.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts located in Thane and Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
